I was very surprised when our coordinators told us in the students day we would have to
prepared a perfomance about Indonesian cultures.
Actually this was great opportunity for us, we as a young
generation of Indonesia will showed the uniqueness and the characteristics of Indonesian
cultures. We took this opportunity. Together we had discuss about the concept
that we will showed.
Luckily we had friends who have their good talents each
other such as playing guitar, flute, dancing, martial arts and singing. It
really supported our performance. Every night before we performed, we always do
some kind of practice in order to our prepared our best perfomance.
We were performed Martial arts called “Pencak silat”
,Balinese dances, and Indonesian regional songs with dances. We also performed
songs from Philippines the tittle was
Buwan.
At the night of performance , we wore traditional costumes of Indonesia.
It's an unforgettable moment, we glad to showed Indonesian
culture in abroad.
Thank you for the opportunity that has been given, it never
forgotten and always be remembered.
